Marked Semi-Vitreous Buffalo Pottery with image of Buffalo in middle, hand signed 1906 for the year and 1369 and a Z or a 2.  The colors on the plate are vibrant and I do not see any scratches on this plate, so I assume it was never used, only displayed. The base of the plate is off-white, with brown background. The tulips on the plate are red and blue with green leaves. Gorgeous piece!
