Antique Limoges France T&V China Punch Bowl & 12 Cups Start Price USD 1,200.00 Current Price USD 1,200.00 Time Left - Bid Count 0 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Wednesday, August 27, 2008 End Time Wednesday, September 03, 2008 Location Conway, AR See more about 'Antique Limoges France T&V China Punch Bowl & 12 Cups ' Description This is an exquisite antique Limoges France T&V Punch Bowl with 12 beautiful matching cups.  The bowl is 14 1/4" across and about 6 1/2" tall.  It is hand painted and signed by the artist, E R Miller.  It features, on the inside of the bowl, a lady painted in beautiful detail with pearls around her neck that are in relief.  In addition to the lady, there are also 5 precious cherubs surrounding her.  The remainder of the inside of the bowl has delicate swirls of fabric entertwined with the cherubs and flowing from the lady's dress.  There are also clusters of grapes in varying shades of purple and leaves in shades of green.  The outside of the bowl is a lovely shade of turquoise and green and adorned with decorative gilding.  The feet on the base of the bowl are painted black.   I believe this is a turn of the century piece.  It is very unique to have 12 cups that match this lovely piece of art.  The cups and the punch bowl are in very good condition. These items were from an estate of an antique dealer who gave this to his bride many years ago as a wedding gift.  I was told that the cups appraised for $75.00 - $100.00 each and the bowl appraised for $4000, but I do not have the appraisal and that was several years ago. Shipping will be calculated at the close of auction.  Insurance will be required.  And I will only charge what it actually costs to ship.  Since this item has not yet been packed, it is difficult to calculate the shipping costs.  I believe the bowl will have to be packed separately from the cups and I will package all of it extremely carefully.
