Designed and signed by Mats Jonasson at Mats Jonasson Maleras. Size: 430 x 220 mm or 17 x 8 1/2 inches. The art glass is new, handmade, signed and of high quality. Condition: New in original box with all paperwork, first quality. Mats Jonasson started at Maleras in 1959 on leaving school at the age of fourteen. The glass works needed an engraver and, since Mats was known to be good at drawing, his father, who was employed there, was asked if his son could start. After some ten years at Maleras Mats moved to Kosta, returning to Maleras in 1975. He has since developed the range of animals motifs that has become famous and has spread all round the world.
