This is the very hard to find large, 8-sided handled tureen with matching underplate in the 2475 pattern, featuring handpainted florals with purple scrolls and red detail at the rim on a pale blue background. These pieces are just exquisite, no chips or cracks! The underplate shows some faint surface crazing as is often found on these pieces, the tureen, amazingly, shows no crazing at all! Beautiful to use and display, or what an amazing gift for the collector! These pieces are quite large - the underplate measures over 12.5 at the widest. The tureen is about 11.25" from handle to handle, and about 6.75" high! These are quite heavy, and with proper packaging, shipping weight is estimated at about 11 lbs. for the pair.Domestic shipping costs are based on USPS Parcel Post calculated from the estimated package weight and your zip code.
