Beautiful large oval vase stands 11” tall and measures 7” x 5” at flared rim. Glossy glaze pink inside and out, vintage heavyweight pottery (probably from the late 1930's or early 40's). Double scrolled handles with embossed leaf design on front and back sides. I believe this is the “Acanthus” vase, #486. Bottom is stamped with the Abingdon USA in the rectangle logo, but I cannot see a number. Wonderful condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or stains. Appears to have never been used.
