Classic Augarten Vienna stamp on the bottom, please see photo. Figurine is signed in mold "Dobrich" as a sculptor Albin Dobrich. I guess it's was done around 1920-1930. It's in mint condition, no missing parts or broken legs, no paint losses or restoration spots.
