It originally came from Chihuly studio, made in 1997 and signed by Dale Chihuly. This piece comes with the receipt from Chihuly Studios to the Northwest School. It sold for $4000 in 2001.Description and photos: The "black lip wrap" and thin bands around the top have burgundy tones when the light hits. Starting at the bottom, the vase is more yellow/gold with white stripes and changes color to coral as it reaches the top. It has ripples around the middle of part of the basket, I have taken photos inside and outside to get different perspectives. The very last photo of the piece best represents the slant at which it stands, and the ripples in the middle of part of the basket. Condition: No chips, cracks damage or repairs.Size: On the receipt, it reads the measurement as being 8X8X8, it stands at a slant and the highest point measures 9" tall, the lower point at 7.5" tall. My measurement reads that it is about 9" wide.Shipping anywhere in the US is a flat rate of $80, insurance is included.
